1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All transactions are processed in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). If your card is registered in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee.

2. Payment Processing

  • Full Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • Confirmation: Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully cleared.

  • Failed Transactions: If your payment is declined or fails, your order will automatically be cancelled. Please contact your bank if you experience recurring issues.

3. Pricing & VAT

  • Transparency: All prices displayed on www.sublimeoutdoor.com are inclusive of applicable VAT (Belasting Toegevoegde Waarde) at the standard Dutch rate or the rate applicable in your destination country within the EU.

  • Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, the price you pay at the moment of checkout is final.

  • Shipping: Standard shipping within the EU is Free, and no hidden handling fees will be added at checkout.

4. Secure Payment Processing

Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to safeguard your transactions.

  • Data Protection: Sublime Outdoor does not store your credit or debit card details. All sensitive information is handled securely by our payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Method: Approved refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout to prevent fraud.

  • Timeline: Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

  • Chargebacks: We encourage customers to contact us at info@sublimeoutdoor.com regarding any billing discrepancies before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated and may lead to a permanent ban from our services.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, Sublime Outdoor (Venema Webshops B.V.) reserves the right to delay or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity. For high-value orders, we may contact you for additional identity verification before shipment.
